Project Coordinator
Come join one of the most vibrant and successful teams working in new residential construction and operations on Seattle’s Eastside. The important and engaging role of Project Coordinator is instrumental in helping to secure bids, interface and communicate with subcontractors and vendors, and assist with contract administration.
Additional duties include insurance and risk management compliance, construction coordination, internal document management and process flow, project closeout and payroll processing.
An overview of major responsibilities are as follows:
- Bidding and Contract Administration: Develop Requests for Proposal (RFP) for subcontracts. Facilitate bidding of RFPs. Draft and issue subcontracts. Input fully executed subcontracts into Contracts Log. Ensure monthly subcontract invoices are in compliance with master subcontract. Track/plan deposits.
- Subcontractor and Vendor Interface
- Insurance and Risk Management
- Construction Coordination: Review and confirm that all Notification of Change (NOC), Request for Information (RFI), Architect Supplemental Information (ASI), Construction Change Directives (CCD), Change Orders (CO) and shop drawings and submittals are being properly tracked and processed. Maintain master set of plans and specifications, annotating changes and clarifications
- Internal Document Management and Process Flow
- Project Closeout
- Payroll Duties
Successful candidates will have at least 2 years experience in construction project management or coordination and an enthusiasm for working closely with a dedicated, loyal, supportive and fun construction and operations team. Position reports to the Vice President of Construction and Development. Competitive wages and excellent work environment. Compensation and wages based on experience.
