Bothell Landing

Chateau Bothell Landing is comprised of four beautiful residential buildings situated on the wooded rolling banks of the Sammamish River. Our Avignon building was built in 2002. With all the amenities that seniors could want, demand for senior living at the Chateau grew and our Bordeaux and Champagne buildings were completed in 2009. With these buildings came more features including our new health club and fitness studio, a therapy lap pool, and our Chateau Bistro and Auditorium.

Chateau Pacific, located conveniently near the border of King and Snohomish County, offers a full-service campus with a wealth of amenities and choices for a diverse population. Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care are Chateau’s specialty and we offer all three living options at each of our communities.
